Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic for hearing loss

I have tried very hard over the last 3 years to improve my hearing. I have very expensive hearing aids and work closely with an audiologist, and have been checked by an MD.

Nothing works and everything is mumbled.

I am serious about getting to the bottom of this and am considering going to either Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic to get help.

My question is, has anyone had any experience with these hearing clinics? I need a step up from local mds and audiologists.
