this is on the next block down from me about 100 yds. away... a truck delivering roofing shingles was parked there and the weight of the truck opened up the hole

sorry tried to post a link to the UNMENTIONABLE on line paper but this site blocks it out

IMO I bet it street drain or water main leak failure like 99% of all sinkholes in developed areas.
