Help for interior paint ideas

Well we may have decided to probably have most rooms of our 8 year old TV Designer home repainted. We had upgraded to a beigy-like color rather than white walls when designing. I had (myself) painted the foyer and an accent wall in the Great Room.

But we will probably have a pro paint most rooms. That said we really don’t know which way to go re colors etc etc

Where should we go to get ideas re wall colors and such. Are new home models worthwhile to go to for this purpose. Are there a suite of new models in the Southern area to go through? We’d rather not have to jump around from homes for sale hoping some have ideas there. It’s so tough just getting small paint samples from the paint stores to decide…. We’d like to get a bigger picture ideas.

Any thoughts? Help!

Call Donna at 352-857-5300. She's been in the "Color" business for 20+ years and works with a lot of Painters in The Villages. Her fee is very reasonable and she'll do a good job of helping you decide what colors to use.

There is a paint color youtube video series called "the Paint People". The presenter has a lovely way of discussing the choices and how to go about it. He has several devoted to whites, warm whites etc. I recommend watching some of these.

How about removing the popcorn ceiling? Any idea of cost and is it worth the money?
