Lanai floor - paint, tile, carpet, or Chattahoochee Rock??

We are planning to put something on our lanai floor. There seem to be a lot of options. We are interested in pros and cons of various methods.

At this point, we are leaning towards tile (neighbor did it and it looks great) but saw a Chattahoochee Rock lanai at a recent open house and that also looked great. Information on the initial costs of the methods, durability, and the maintenance involved would be helpful. It appears that you have to keep resealing the Chattahoochee Rock which seems to be a negative. Thanks.

We chose river rock (Matt’s, son has taken over since his dad passed away.)

We had very little sun, so looked good as new when we sold 5 years later. Water drainage was worth the cost, and the feel good on bare feet was well worth it. To long again to compare price but our 11x11 was $400, 12 years ago

We chose paint (xylene based product) this is really concrete stain, and have had this on the driveway (9 years) the bird cage (7 years) and the lanai (just under 2 years) all with excellent results, and NO maintenance. Cost was around $2 per square foot, but you would need to get current costs, and this was on UNFINISHED concrete. All work done by Driveways by Jay through Hoetown Services if my memory serves me correctly.

We installed tile on our lanai. It was open the first 2 years and my Hubby would just squeegee it after it rained.
After 2 years we enclosed the lanai and added a/c and heat.
Love having the floor tiled. Just vacuum and mop every so often.
We added a couple of outdoor rugs and is very cozy.

We had 1 inch pavers installed and sealed over the concrete. Looks great. Cost us about 6000 for 950 square feet a year ago.

We had luxury vinyl plank installed in our rooms that had carpet and we extended it onto our lanai and we love it LVP is not expensive and it's been 2 years and is so easy to maintain and looks great.
