You can even host a prisoner if you so desire.

Suggest you come and have a listen.

I heard the last 10 prisoners escaped to Spanish Springs

Yuck

The whole thing is built linearly right along the Turnpike. You would have to be an idiot to not realize how noisy this will be.

Prices are way to high I am advising to wait until they come down

With the recent increase in home prices, will housing affordability become an issue for the U.S. economy?
Today’s high property prices and rising mortgage rates make housing increasingly unaffordable for a growing share of the population.

Unfortunately, housing affordability has been a problem in the economy for several years. Since the years immediately following the Great Recession (2007–09), the economy has suffered from a lack of affordable housing — that is, homes priced in a range that first-time buyers or families with modest incomes can afford. Given the tight supply of homes, builders have been incentivized to build larger homes where their profit margins are larger. As availability in these higher-priced segments grows, however, we have seen some evidence of builders slowly moving down the price-point scale.

Not to worry they will buy the home decide it is too noisy and expect the rest of us to pay for either a wall or landscaping to reduce the noise

I think a lot of people were hoping Richmond would be THE village to live in. It appears the developer is going to exploit the closeness to Brownwood and put predominately higher end style homes and a very inflated prices. Just like St. Johns, the patio villas will be right adjacent to the turnpike. It appears those homes are lately almost exclusively being bought up by investors as rentals anyways. It will be interesting to see how they sell now that the interest rates are up and inflations concerns continue. FYI....they are laying infrastructure way down at the intersection of Marsh Bend and Hwy470 so the dream continues.....:crap2:

Very true but quiet is good especially in the evening. Wonder how noisy it will be when they start expanding the turnpike into 3 lanes?
