Unrecognized charge on credit card
 

We moved here in May and there is a recurring charge showing up on my credit card bill for $8 that is payable to The Villages of Lake-Sumt. Does anyone else have this and can you tell me what the charge is for. It says that it is for cable and television, but our cable is through Xfinity and we use streaming services for television.

Looks like the monthly charge for using the online golf reservation system

Correct - same charge on my credit card from 2006 to present.

The beauty of that charge (t time system) is that you can turn the expense on and off throughout the year and it’s always the same monthly charge regardless of the time of the year (the monthly charge is the same as the annual charge divided by 12). If they could only do the same for the priority membership!
