Maintenance right away next to house
 

Looking for people who have pond property that has the grass maintenance path next to house. Do you have a lot of maintenance vehicles there all the time? Does it become an unofficial walking and fishing path around your property? Thanks

Maintenance is generally once a week (at least by me) and they move fast.

No other issues. I do not think non-property owners are "permitted" to access lakes behind homes. But that needs to be confirmed.

Assume it would apply others as well as fishermen.

Fishermen may fish in any lake, canal or stream, whether natural or man-made, which can be reached without crossing over or trespassing upon any privately owned property or golf courses.
