Looking for people who have pond property that has the grass maintenance path next to it.. Does this cause a lot of trucks by your house? Do people use it as walking path and end up walking in your yard? Thanks

YOU are buying the house. What is important to you may not be to others. A pond? Most of the ponds are actually, man made and an important part of the drainage system. A lake in your backyard where you can launch a boat is far different than a drainage ditch. Nothing is perfect. I think land around a lake, or even a drainage ditch is public property. You might wake up and find someone fishing in your back yard or worse finding the trash they left behind.

If, you are asking, you are thinking. There are perhaps too many choices making a decision difficult. The Villages is a good choice. There are other good choices as well. Perfect choices do not exist in the real world.
