Don't need fertilizing.

Would love to know who is making you happy.

Would love to know current pricing for Designer or Premier lots.......our is a larger corner lot.

We are on our 8th lawn care since 2010. Never pay up front, all of our companies billed end of month services.

2 companies just didn’t show up, and tried to bill. 5 sold, never said a word, and old tried to bill along with the new company (or sorry my off staff made a mistake.

Only Deans, at our rentals, since 2010, was consistently there every week, billed end of the month, came out to solve a problem. Lawn care durning cool months show up, once it’s get hot private companies have hard time keeping staff

We use Deans, we were new and asked our neighbors and that's who they used. Looked at Massey but they were more expensive and if I remember correctly, wanted to bill annually...

We're lucky. We went to Dean's on our second try. Although we've only been here a year. Deans shows up like clockwork. Literally, every Monday they are here at 11:00 +-10 minutes. If we have some weeds pop up we just call them and they come out and treat.
