New Flooring Colony Patio Villa
 

Looking to replace the flooring in a Colony Patio Villa. Not doing the bedrooms and bath rooms but all other areas . I figure 720 sf including 10% waste . A contractor said I needed 900 sf . Who is right ?

The contractor or get a 2nd quote. Maybe I don’t get involved enough but when I get quotes I look at the bottom like for the cost and I don’t measure to verify things.
