I heard Dewey, Screwum and Howe LLP is a great firm.

With some levity aside, most law firms will give u a consultation but just because u felt it was abuse...u better have hard and provable facts or they will send u on your way.

I saw that Morgan and Morgan will soon be opening an office in wildwood on st rd 44 across from the Chevy dealership. Sign is up and interior work is being done.

There is a lawyer with a medical degree, JDMD.com I think. However, I would file complaints with the government (both federal and state) that license and review these facilities. This would be limited cost, and if they uncover abuse, you could probably sue at that point. Seniors against crime (a division of the FL attorney general) may be able to provide the suitable contacts.

A survey of lawyers showed Morgan one of the top firm opposing lawyers dislike. You want aggressive. Not a fan of their ads but results positive for plaintiffs. They won’t take your contingency case unless they believe they win
