I need to reach a moderator please, how would I do that?
 

my husband logs in, it keeps saying it's not a valid passport, we click on the link that says to reset your password, click here....and it never sends an email....

I think the problem is that he can’t log in, and you can’t send a private message unless you are logged in. Wish I could help, but ????? Hopefully a moderator will review this thread and provide an answer.

Just FYI, you do not have to be logged in to send a message to TOTV. At the bottom of the screen there is a contact us option. It takes you to a new screen where you have the option to "submit a request" Neither of these requires a log in. I do not know how long it takes to get a response, but there is that ability.

Another thing to consider... Check the spam folder. The email generated by the password reset request ~might~ be falling into the spam folder.

It’s illegal for one user to have two accounts. Same kind of thing happened to me when I was a brand new poster and I made a second account and was given a violation within minutes of opening the second account. When I pleaded my case all was forgiven but it still shows on my record all these years later.
