Need Small Concrete Pad

Looking to extend my current pad by 10' (~10' x 10' total). Can anyone recommend an outfit that does small jobs like this?

Thanks,

I would use T&D, if they are available.

Whoever you use, make sure they dowel the new concrete into the old to prevent uneven settlement.

Leifker Concrete Co.

I used Leifker Concrete Co. (352) 492-8582 to remove and replace 8' x 9' driveway
panel. Recommended to me by T & D. Very satisfied with job.

Robert C. Robey Concrete & Masonry (352) 753-2462
Added Pad and extended driveways several years ago and added rods drilled into old driveway

OP, you may also need ARC approval for your project, as well as moving irrigation lines, as you are not allowed to have LIVE water lines under concrete pads. We ran into this when we have our birdcage installed. Sorry I cannot recommend any for the actual work.

Ditto on Robert Robey, 8 x 10 patio. The only slab that hasn't cracked yet.

I would call T&D Co.

Water lines are under and through concrete pads. This is very common in poured slabs whether the lines are for potable water or irrigation.

True, but ARC may not allow you to construct a new concrete slab over an existing water pipe.

Rob Roby. We are having a large concrete pad and birdcage done. And you do need to re route any water lines which you would need an irrigation company. Anything you do, you always should get ARC approval so you don't run into headaches later on. Permits are a different story.

Did a great job expanding our driveway and took care of the ARC application for us.

Make sure you have approval before adding an addition ARC approval.

Used Brian Terry for excellent 12x18 pad and birdcage expansion at fraction of T&D quote.

I used Roby for a couple of jobs. Excellent company!
