Are those people crazy? It could have just as easily gone the other way. And to allow a child to get that close??!!

My reaction as well.

Some people will seem to do almost anything to get a good YouTube video. These people should be on Jackass3.

Based on the registration numbers on the pontoon boat, it was filmed somewhere in Louisiana.
