Restaurant name on way to Ormond Beach
 

Found it! Backwater Inn, but it is showing closed.

Blackwater Inn was sold in August of 2021 and closed It is now open under a new owner and a new name. It is now called Drifter's Riverfront Bar and Grill. I haven't been there since they changed ownership so I don't know if it is any good or not but it looks like a lot of favorable reviews.

Thanks! We just had lunch at Drifters Riverfront. Lots of waterfront inside tables and good view of the draw bridge. The river is flooded, so the water was within 4 feet of the building and river traffic is restricted.

There is a sports bar upstairs with an outside deck for eating, but we didn't go up.

We both enjoyed our lunches and the service was great.

Have been going there for many years as Backwater, and will continue going as Drifters.
