Can anyone recommend a tree service...need to get more than one quote for tree removal.

Ameritree is very good. He's done 2 jobs for us while we were in Indiana. He sends pics after he's done. You don't send payment until you're satisfied. Price was very good as well.

For most trees you must get ARC approval and only if tree is dying or diseased.

Correct, but no approval needed for cutting down palms.

True - but - approval is needed if that palm tree will be replaced by something other than a palm tree - been there/done that.

I recently used Miller's Pro Tree & Landscaping Service. Was not a big tree job, he came with crew of 3 and were done in under 1 hour including stump grinding. He's at 352-408-7610

Tree Frog owner is an certified Arborist who has authorization to remove your tree if necessary. 352-446-5043. Best in Florida

Nope. Florida law now trumps the ARC. You just need written approval by a certified arborist.
