UHC Villages Plan?

Hi folks,

Does UHC Villages offer a PPO option, or is it strictly an HMO plan?

They have three plans - Medicare Focus which is an HMO-POS; Medicare Advantage which is an HMO-POS; and Advantage Choice which is a PPO.
The main difference between Focus and Advantage is that Focus requires a referral for a specialist. Even though Advantage is an HMO, you can see doctors all over the country - you aren't limited to doctors in the surrounding area.
