Can anybody tell me if we can take an excersise class or go to a workout type gym somewhere in TV with a residents pass?

If you have a resident pass, where the homeowner turned in his ID and transferred privileges to you.... The, yes, you can do anything a resident can do. This includes any of the Open exercise classes and use of the rec center gyms (paying the resident fee), and use of the sports pools.

If, instead, you have a guest pass you can also do these things with the exception of using the sports pools. I'm not sure if the daily gym fees are different for residents vs guests.
