With the estimated population growth of over 225,000 once the developer has developed all currently owned land, The Villages will likely rank #6 in Florida, surpassing Cape Coral, Port St Lucie and Hialeah and just below St Petersburg

Maybe then, with that large of a population, we will finally earn ourselves a Costco!

Na, a household consisting of two old people going shopping in a golf cart don’t do the mass quantity shopping that is Costco’s target market.
