Is there anyplace locally that you’ve found cannoli shells? My wife says she hasn’t seen any at Publix. Thanks.

Maybe Fresh Market has them? I know you can buy them online. Try that italian deli on 301 too. If it were me, I'd just buy the metal tubes and make them myself. The recipe is pretty simple, not many ingredients, and you can make the tubes up to 3 days in advance of filling them if you want.

We looked into that but so many of the reviews were complaining of a high percentage of broken shells.

She was actually able to order them from Publix.
