Girl Who Needs Kidney Transplant
 

Am I the only one who thinks that the 14-year old girl who needs a kidney transplant and her parents are being unreasonable and just seeking publicity? Apparently, the hospital won't do the transplant until the girl gets a COVID shot. They have hired a lawyer and they are doing interviews every day on national TV. In my opinion, they don't need a lawyer, and they don't need to go on TV. Just get the COVID shot. If she gets a transplant, she will be taking other drugs for the rest of her life that will be more potent than the COVID shot.

Are the parents also demanding that the donor has NOT been vaccinated?

I wouldn't think they are in a position to demand anything.

No worries that kidney is gone to the next on the list, unless it’s a family member.

If you do not follow the rules made by a hospital/etc., they can decide not to treat you.

Maybe litigation is how they make money. Make up a reason to sue (poor little girls life in the hands of heartless hospital executives). Then play poor victim and sue for millions. Could make a lot of $$$
