Area Rug has a ripple in it
 

Good day fellow Villagers! Looking for some guidance on an issue.

We have a large area rug about 9' x 9' and one area has a ripple in it, just won't lay down flat. I suspect this is due to the dog dishes usually sitting there and water being spilled there. We keep a pee pad there to absorb most of that but she's a playful puppy and accidents happen...

Any ideas on how to get the ripple out of the rug?
