Courtyard Villa water shut-off valves for the outside spigots
Does anybody know where the shut-off valves are for the outside spigots in a courtyard Villa circa 2005?
|
Ours has none; we had to turn supply off to replace one of the spigots.

Typically, you would not have a separate shut off valve for the outside hose bibbs. You would need to shut off the water for the entire house.
|
Up North my home had the shut off in the basement about 2 feet behind the spigot. I do not think they normally have a shut off inside the home in Fl. Have to cover the outside spigot.

Haven't covered mine in 16 yrs. In 09- 10 we had about 2 wks. of daytime 40's.

I'm a plumber living in a courtyard villa.. Their is no isolation valves on my outside spigots..
Only way to shut them down is to turn main supply valve off in the garage. |
Turn off main, only way.

Hi, I am in Bonnie Brook ( Clifton Coutyard Villa ) just south of 466 and the house was built in 2003.
I don't see main water shut off in the garage ( Only one I see goes into the water heater ). Where can I turn off the water main for the whole house? There are two covers outside written with IRRIGATION and PORTABLE but I only see some wiring with no shut off valve. Cheers! |
