Lake County Opens Cold Weather Shelters Ahead of Freezing Holiday Temperatures
 
Lake County officials plan to open warming shelters ahead of expected freezing temperatures this weekend. The shelters will open this Friday, Dec. 23 for anyone vulnerable to the cold, and will stay open through Monday, Dec. 26.
