Circuit breaker problem on accelerator pedal?

When I hit the accelerator, I lose all electrical power for about 30 seconds. Then it comes back on. When you hit the accelerator again, I lose all power again for about another 30 seconds. It seems like a circuit breaker popping and coming back on.
It is a 2017 Yamaha gas golf cart quiet tech 2.
