A Villager's Montana Morning 11/23
 

This morning in Montana in District Court, Mr. Mark Morse, of The Vlallages, plead not-guilty to four counts .. two felonies and two misdemeanors. A video of the arraignment proceeding should be available on the WESH news this evening. WESH has made an arrangement with KULR_TV of Billings Montana to share their video.
