Where is the best place to advertise your villages home for rent?
 

I am considering renting my 3/2 courtyard villa out long term. Any suggestions on where to post the rental? Any help is appreciated thank you!

As a customer I hated ****, but as a landlord my neighbor has done quite well with them.

In my VHO, lower your expectations, there are scores of unrented rentals in the villages. The old days of short supply are over. IMHO.

I have 2 rentals and I find they are as strong as ever. I am almost rented out in both through May 2024. I have been doing this for 10 years, and if anything rentals are stronger than they were back then. Of course I keep my rents reasonable and have designer homes north of Brownwood, not the overpriced patio villas near the tollway.

As far as advertizing, there is one worth paying for - Villagers homes 4 rent dot com.... the others have 20% as many homes listed and most are the patio villas near the tollway.
