VA form assistance
 

Good morning, I’m looking for any volunteer organizations that might be able to assist in filling out a VA Aid and Attendance form for my mother. Thanks !

There is a Veteran's representative in the same building as the library and motor vehicle Dept down at Pinellas Plaza, Wildwood.

Agree with the Veterans Services recommendation. They were VERY helpful in filing the paperwork for my father. Phone number for an appointment is 352-689-4400.

You have to make an appointment, no walk in

I am a retired VA primary care R.N. and if your mother is a Veteran and or receives care at the VA outpatient clinic in The Villages under a spouse's benefit, a social worker or the Veteran Rep located at this facility are other options for assistance with getting her A & A form filled out.
