I always read about people getting scammed through email or over the phone and I have never figured out how they do it.

This is a great video showing how they do it. They are very sophisticated and they know what they are doing. It is worth watching as it may save you a lot of money!

The YouTuber is Mark Rober who is an engineer who has worked for NASA and Apple.

The good news is that the Youtuber scams the scammers.

It's an entertaining video, but it won't save me any money. Also, it's good that someone is catching a few scammers, but the problem is that our laws are not strict enough to punish them, even when they are convicted.

There is a free presentation by the Lady Lake and Wildwood Police Departments on how to outsmart the scammers.
