Hi I'm Mary and new to the villages. I am looking to have a white vinyl patio rail installed. I know that I need approval and have the application. I am looking for recommendations of contractors that would meet my needs

Excuse my ignorance, but what is patio rail? Will this be in the front or rear of the house?

It is a railing that you see on someone's fromt porch only mine will been the back side of the house

I have not had the work done, but Brian Terry has received good reviews on this website.

Are you putting this INSIDE the screened Lanai or outside? As in the picture this is usually found around 'Decking' which is not usually found in homes in the Villages. Where are you putting this railing?

There are actually a lot of homes in the newer areas that have this type of railing in the front. It looks very nice.

I have that kind of railing I took down from the front of my house and I was going to throw it away, but you can have it...
