Costco store design for the villages???
 

New Costco Design With Apartments Overhead Has Property Brokers Buzzing


It's been several days since I've seen a Costco post so we're overdue.

Design is great and the Los Angeles area has the exact same demographics as The Villages (NOT). :1rotfl:

This might be what is needed to finally get a Costco that we don't need

At the rate this place is going thinking we will be getting two.

This concept is not new

Where do you live? Above Cosco, I don't think so.

LA is all over 55? we are the wrong demographic be thankful we got sprouts

Maybe our home are more valuable than we realize.....couldn't buy it back for what its worth today
living above a COSTCO has its advantages, WHAT ARE THEY?

I’m just thinking how many hotdogs. I would eat if I lived above Costco

Two subterranean levels. Not too many basements in The Villages.

This concept is perfect for the old Hacienda CC location……fulfills everybody’s desires (developer & residents)

The Villages location will have a 4 lane Round-about circling the Hi Rise Condo complex…looking forward to the future

Let me know when Costco has a free shipping option for online orders like Sam's Club, then maybe I'll consider joining the cult.

Just another large pole building taking up space !

Now ...there's a dynamite new Bravo food store in Ocala opening February 21st.
Stopped in there to check it out Monday, unbelievable !
An ice cream parlor, a Deli to die for, huge bakery, large fresh fruit aisles , and a gigantic meat display case.
Everything is gorgeous , TV should be so lucky to have a Bravo there, great store ~ great prices IMO.

There's also a new Publix in Ocala that has a gigantic circular Deli you can grab your food and go dine upstairs on the balcony they incorporated in that store.
Well worth the trip there !
