This nonsense pops up every few years. As one person said, they are simply a way of finding your car in a parking lot.

Loofa Love At The Villages

Seems the rumor has reached Detroit. That is next to the article on the talking dog.

So whoever is writing the article, the pictures are mesh shower puff balls, or bath sponge, made of non organic materials. Can be called a loofah, but not by those who actually own loofahs.

Loofahs are naturally only one color.light wheat color, or commonly known at the design center as village beige, made from fibrous tropical fruits. Used to exfoliate skin, and can do damage if not properly softened in warm water. Color is not their friend.

So when one goes to Disney or universal you will see mesh shower puff balls on cars to distinguish their car from the hundreds of rental cars.

Unless it’s code at Disney or Universal that those in the cars swing to all theme parks.:1rotfl:

I want in on this fun. Where can I buy one of those Loofah thingy's?

After coming to TV for 24 years to visit relatives I have never heard of these Loofahs. I haven’t seen them much either maybe I’m just not looking hard enough in the parking lots. I looked at mine and it’s grey in the bathroom to match the towels and that color doesn’t seem to be on the list. But I have a question; can anyone start a rumor? I think I could come up with a good one.

It is funny that the group would probably change their items if they were very public and go to some other kind of signal.
