Verizon LTE internet access in Spanish Springs

The Verizon LTE coverage in Spanish Springs is horrible. I couldn't open any web pages nor use my GPS app to navigate my way home. Talked to a couple people and they said it's always been bad coverage in the town square. Went a couple blocks away and the phone worked fine. Was wondering if anyone heard some sort of plan to correct?
