pest control ?????

Hi, everyone
This is probable a stupid ????. I am from up north. I am starting to get all my ducks in a row for retirement this Sept. When I hire a company to take care of Pest control (own a home now have used Massey not happy) what is the most important things they should do????:mornincoffee::cold:
