In Need of an Attic Ladder Installer
 

We bought a new home in November of last year. We were told it was not suited for attic stairs, so we had a used ladder installed. The ladder turned out to be damaged and the manufacturer (Werner) replaced it. We need the new ladder installed and we are looking for a knowledgeable and reputable person to do it.

I did our own, not a bad project, a second person is a big help, however, there are several handymen in the area that can do this. Be sure the correct mounting screws are used and be sure these are installed in the correct locations per the manufacturers directions.
