Garage screen cleaning
I had a sliding white garage screen installed last year. Now it is mottled with possibly mold or insect parts etc. How do I clean it so I do not harm the garage door behind it?

I would use a pressure washer from INSIDE the garage, then if necessary, close the garage door and touch up from the outside. I have used our pressure washer on the birdcage with no damage, and I have seen neighbors having theirs pressure washed by commercial companies.

I have a pressure washer, thank you for your suggestion, can I spray on diluted bleach before or after pressure washing?

I also checked with the installer who didn’t answer the phone, but the web site suggested a tiny bit of liquid soap and bleach, and lots of water. Tried it and now the screen is back to looking almost new. I used a sponge then a wet rag. I looked at our pressure washer but it was rated 3000 psi and the screen looks so delicate. Hubby, who is not here, always buys powerful and heavy tools, so I was a bit apprehensive using it. Now for the Wet and Forget spray.
