Recommendations for an Elder Care Attorney in TV
 
Hello,

I was hoping for some recommendations for an elder care attorney in the villages. My mother had one who was a decent guy but unfortunately he passed away last year. We need to make changes to her trust as well as ask some questions.

Any help is appreciated.

Mary Trotter, Trotter & Soulsby, is an elder care attorney who has practiced in The Villages for many years. Maybe there is someone on here who has used her services and can give you a recommendation.

We have used Mary and Ed in that office. Very happy with both.

Mary Trotter and Ed Soulsby are the only Board Certified elder care attorneys in the area. My source for this info is very good, however I don’t know how “the area” is defined.
All of my family that are Florida residents use this firm for that purpose.

I used Bogin, Munns and Munns. The attorney has an office on 466 close to Morse Blvd.
