Pulmonary Specialists
 

Hi,
We are trying to find a good specialist that handles Lung issues. Can you all please recommend doctors in this area? Or should we travel outside. We have United Healthcare the Villages plan,

You should call first, it appears that you have an ADVANTAGE plan, and you may be severely limited in using outside doctors. My understanding, your PC should be recommending a specialist for you. If this is not occurring, you are experiencing the exact same problems we had years ago and why we are back to traditional Medicare and supplemental. I am sorry i cannot offer any further help.

Is that a HMO ADVANTAGE PLAN? I agree with the Tinker on his points…. Even a Humana PPO Advantage may help you out
