Oxford Oaks

Curious
Oxford Oaks looks like part of TV but yet not attached. Is there multimodal cart paths ? And why is it separate, seems like it would loose the appeal of the Villages vibe.

Not part of The Villages, per se

This is one of the several "family" sections surrounding The Villages, similar to, but on a much smaller scale, Middleton going in south of 470.

Oxford oaks does not have the "connectivity" to the rest of TV that Middleton will have...

As a family area of TV, Oxford Oaks does not have access to amenities.
