Good Luck. When I was in Grade School and HS I mowed lawns for money. Had one lady (1.5 acres) who wanted the lines like you see on a football field or baseball diamond. I bought tighter springs to hold down the flap behind the mower, so when I walked left to right vs right to left, it would create different shades. She wanted more of a contrast. For each row I would raise or lower the blades 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. It did look nice.

I also ran a lawn mowing ???? and snow shoveling business in high school. A memorable FIRST business experience. Here no use for a snow blower.
I still remember a lady who used to give us a soda each time. I do the same now. I still remember the one with piles of dog poo and the one loaded with toads-great fun to clean either off a mower. Oh and the ones could you come back to get paid. I always am sure to pay on time.
We all have the option to do our own. In nine years we have had three or four different people mowing. They have a habit of vanishing. Current one is the most expensive and the worst.
He has not yet come in roughly 10 days. Heck if this one too has vanished I may once again be mowing my own lawn. Riding mowers? Does it make sense for these small lawns with no open stretches, I don't think so. Perhaps, they need to look the part.
