April's birthstone - Diamond and its 4Cs.
 

Happy birthday to everyone who is or will be celebrating a birthday this month. Diamond, the most popular gemstone, is the birthstone for the month of April. There are four variables known as the 4Cs to determine the value of a diamond. Those variables are Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat Weight. Do you know the 4Cs of your diamond and what they mean? Why is one diamond valued at $3,000 and the other one that visually looks similar valued at $10,000?

Each jewelry piece is special and priceless to the owner who gave me the opportunity to inspect, grade, and appraise the jewelry item. The jewelry was and is assessed in the presence of the client. This appraisal process allows the owner(s) to keep an eye on the jewelry during the appraisal appointment and it also allows the owner(s) to ask questions.
