Pool repair

My pool was built 14 years ago. I noticed the ground wires that I can see appear to be fraying. Who do I call for repair. Any information or recommendations greatly appreciated.

I just had Hayes Electric do a job at my house, I would suggest calling them about the frayed wires. NOTE: this might require a permit and inspection, my hot tub move did.
