Hunter ceiling fan buidlers select 28415

I have a need to take down the ceiling fan in a patio villa. The base looks like it does not have the usual screws on the sides that holds the base in place. It almost looks like it was one piece. How do I take that down?

Turn the plastic trim piece to expose the mounting screws
