Interntional Medical Insurance
 

I'm going on a cruise and when it ends will be spending a little extra time in another country, Spain in this case. Do you have any suggestions on where to purchase insurance? Since I won't be covered by Medicare I'm concerned about going without any insurance. Thanks.

When we cruise with Cunard, they offer to sell an insurance policy to their guests. We always buy it. One time we had to cancel for a medical emergency and got a refund ( after much paperwork and meeting strict critera for cancelling). So I think it's a fair deal and we just bought it again before our summer cruise. Your cruise line probably has something similar. Read the policy first, though.
