Sennheiser HD 350BT Wireless Headphones

Need headphones to watch TV. Had to replace my old ones as contacts got terminally rusted and purchased Sennheiser set.

Will not hook up with old head phone connection so need to pair with smart phone and so far unable to do so. Instructions that came with it was no help.

Have tried u tube and could not get anywhere with it.

Anybody know how to do this.

Thanks
Stu

Via headphone jack?

Have you considered a headphone transmit?

Something like this?

1Mii Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter Receiver for TV to Wireless Headphones, Dual Link AptX Adaptive/Low Latency/HD Audio, Aux Bluetooth Audio Receiver Adapter for Home Stereo, Airplane, Boat, Gym https://a.co/d/0wdvMvV

Sorry have no clue how this would help me get sound into the new head set.

You plug it into the Audi out Jack on your TV and then link it via Bluetooth to your headset.

OP, just out of curiosity I went to their website and it looks like these are designed to pair with a computer or a mobile device, televisions were not listed, so IMHO you may need to contact them directly to see if these will actually work with your TV or will you need an adapter. Not a word of caution, on both om my TVs, if you plug in headphones, the TV automatically cuts OFF the speakers, but bluetooth devices appear to be able to work with TV speakers on or off.
On a side note, some blue devices need you to MANUALLY enter a code for the devices to pair correctly, you obviously cannot do this to the headphones, so you may need to do this on the TV, if no code is provided, I have found 0000 and 1234 used as default codes.
Hope this helps.
