Quantum Internet Service

Can anyone give me their impression of Quantum Internet Service. They are advertising high speed service for $70.00 per month, plus taxes and fees. What and how much are the taxes and fees? Can you use your own modem or do you have to use a modem supplied by Quantum and pay a monthly rental fee.

I am trying to get all the comparison ready for my yearly battle with Xfinity! TIA.

It works fine. I have had it for 9 years, including the previously branded CenturyLink (same company). 200 megabits per second upload and download is $30 per month including all taxes and fees. This is more than enough bandwidth unless you move around very large files. You do not need a modem. You need a router and can supply your own or use theirs.
