Our Weather Is Innocent

Find out why during a talk called "The Dangerous EPA Endangerment Finding" on May 22 at 1 PM at the Bridgeport Recreation Center, for the Science & Technology club. While our weather is innocent, how it's viewed is not.

Especially when many facts are ignored for the purpose of pushing an agenda of denying global warming.

You weren't supposed to spot the (not so well ) hidden agenda. They would like us to believe they can Make America's Weather Great Again by abusing the science and denying the truth.

Climate change always a spirited discussion. On the other hand, boring for others.

Pure propaganda. Which scientist did they use? Gore? Greta Thunberg? Read this:

Whether most scientists outside climatology believe that global warming is happening is less relevant than whether the climatologists do. A letter signed by over 50 leading members of the American Meteorological Society warned about the policies promoted by environmental pressure groups. “The policy initiatives derive from highly uncertain scientific theories. They are based on the unsupported assumption that catastrophic global warming follows from the burning of fossil fuel and requires immediate action. We do not agree.”2 Those who have signed the letter represent the overwhelming majority of climate change scientists in the United States, of whom there are about 60. McMichael and Haines quote the 1995 report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which is widely believed to “prove” that climate change induced by humans has occurred.3 The original draft document did not say this. What happened was that the policymakers’ summary (which became the “take home message” for politicians) altered the conclusions of the scientists. This led Dr Frederick Seitz, former head of the United States National Academy of Sciences, to write, “In more than sixty years as a member of the American scientific community ... I have never witnessed a more disturbing corruption of the peer-review process than the events that led to this IPCC report.”4

Wow, 50 out of a total membership of over 13000 and we're supposed to be impressed ❓🤣🤣🤣

Since countries such as China and where much of our oil is coming from have such substandard facilities, and add in the footprint to ship all these resources to our country…. For global climate health wouldn’t it make more sense to bring back as much as possible to our country to be more independent and control the situations? Now, add in war possibilities etc; it makes even more sense to have as much control over what we utilize. Battery driven items such as cars are not as climate friendly as we are lead and make us that much more dependent on other countries. There are also way too many situations where an electric car would be impossible!! What about those millions in large condos where there would be no way to provide as many charging stations needed to say a 300 unit building. Or also, oeopke living in large cities that must use street parking?

Common Sense

When discussing climate (long span) many confuse it with the term weather (short span). Regardless, the politicians go for opinion on the “cause”, because it is where they can gain points. What a shame.

Real science looks at the reasons our Earth continues to warm and cool many times over. Yes, dinosaurs roamed the Earth when it underwent one of its warmer times, and yes, we have gone through several ice ages too. Those facts aren’t disputed by the rational. The reasons are explained in many ways, but most agree it has to do with the Earth’s elliptical orbital movement around the sun.

Alas, solving the frustration seems pointless. Neanderthals in cognitive ability point to the Cuyahoga catching fire or we have cleaner air now, and then build their premises to shaking us all down. I’d rather not contribute to either, and instead save my money for groceries.

I'm going to go out on an infraction clickbait limb for some and say:

Cool, will we be discussing global weather geoengineering at all?

I like the Weather Channel. They actually have people with meteorological degrees.
