Looking for commercial property/office space for private practice
 

My wife will be opening up a personal practice as a licensed professional counselor later this year (Oct-Dec timeframe). We wanted to see if we could obtain the names of some commercial property realtors with whom we could work, from our fellow Villagers. She would really like to find a place close to or "in" The Villages if possible.

They will have the commercial space around the villages (NOT the villages commercial space). I think theVillages operates similar to the TV residential real estate, they have a proprietary database.

To be close (for example Trailwinds), it’s about $30/sq foot. (A 1000 sq ft space would lease for $30,000 a year)
I would guess, the medical space, owned by TV, golf car accessible, is more expensive that that

There are some spaces in the low $20/sq ft.
The wildwood shopping center (on main st (301), where the post office and hardware store is) - rents for $16
