Beware-All Coast Moving Group
 

Be aware of All Coast Moving Group out of Boca Radan, FL - 561-770-3862. The manager is Marc Kaye at 561-770-3862 and 561-476-0845. This group is a moving service broker. They are not the Village Mover. They are a broker and they said they represent the Village Mover. We gave a deposit of over $1,500 which is now non-refundable. So, we are out the money. After the initial agreement, they started adding fees - $500 to move the golf cart, $400 to move the table top, we had to pack all the TVs, etc. At this point, we are too uncomfortable to proceed with them. When we called them to ask for a refund, they hung up on us. Please call the company that you believe you are dealing with directly, ensure they visit your house to provide a proper estimate, and do not provide a deposit before the move. Pay nothing until after the move.

Can I assume that you didn't use a credit card? If you did, you would have 60 days to dispute the charge with your bank.
