Tee time system
 

Phone line has been busy for 24 hours and no statement on golfthevillages website. Anyone have the same issue?

Website is fine.

No message on website.

Wouldn't know----never used the phone system, never will

Phone system appears to be down.

The helpfulness of some folks on this forum, knows no bounds.

Early on tried to use phone version, but found it cumbersome. Went to Villages. Net and have been happy with the visual info spread and ease of making reservations and just general checking of available slots just by scrolling. Calling can be a backup but never needed it.

Phone reservation system has been down for over a day. No indication when it will be fixed. Need to call golf administrators to check your tee times

Is it working yet ? Asking for a friend.

I called the office this morning. They know it is down and “are working on it.” They have no idea when it will be fixed. I just called and still not fixed.

I called the golf administration office. Phone system was still down. It was the provider of the phone system "...not anything with the t-time system..."

They will check your account for reservations. They also offered to help get t-times reserved.

I just called and it is working!!!!

We use the phone system in late fall, winter and early spring. Six months. Necessary because tee times during "bird" season can be a bit hard to obtain. Summer? No problems. A phone call to the starter shack in the morning is enough, or if it is afternoon just show up. I played El Diablo this past Thursday afternoon about 2:30 PM and there was only one other group on the course when I got there.

I always got a tee time but sometimes it’s not the exact time I want but I always got to play!
